Helping young people use their strengths and talents to transform self doubt and live their own life.

"The Purposeful Challenger"

There’s a quote by Abraham Lincoln that I live by: "In the end it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years."

We can CHOOSE how we are going to live each day of our lives. We CANNOT PREDICT when our last day on earth will be.

Over the years I have known far too many young people who have passed away, whether it be from suicide, cancer, or car accidents. I've gone to more funerals for people under the age of 65 than over. Life is precious and extremely fragile.

I have had too many conversations with talented and incredible people who feel unfulfilled and want more out of life. I was one of those people. I spent years living in a state of fear and anxiety. I suffered from low self-esteem, self loathing, depression, and social anxiety.

In my early twenties, I decided to make a change. I committed to going out of my comfort zone every opportunity that came my way. I joined new clubs on my own, studied abroad without knowing a soul, took challenging classes, signed up for half marathons, joined Toastmasters (a public speaking club) even though I was terrified of public speaking, introduced myself to new people, and learned that I am capable of much more than I thought.

I believe that there are many benefits of trying new things everyday even if they appear to be small. I discovered that it can lead to increased confidence and more appreciation for yourself and those around you. It has the ability to get you out of a rut, and you can start to see the beauty of life again.

My YouTube Channel is an outlet for people who want to grow and learn. It is for people who want to feel a sense of fulfillment after each day and make life even more interesting.
